I have enjoyed being part of the mortgage industry since January of 2003--more than two decades! During that time, I have originated every product out there:  Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, HELOC, rate/term refi’s, cash-out refi’s, new construction, renovation… if it can be financed with a mortgage, I have done it, and done it well. The results speak for themselves:

I received Prosperity Mortgage (a Joint Venture with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage) National recognition awards for total Volume Funded every year from 2004 to 2013. 

I started with Caliber Home Loans (now NewRez, LLC) in August of 2014, which allowed me to expand my business to the Denver Metro area and beyond.  With Caliber Home Loans, I was in the top 1% of all mortgage originators nationally in Volume funded for various months from 2016 to 2019, and for total annual volume for all of 2020 and 2021, and a portion of 2022. 

After Caliber Home Loans was acquired by NewRez, LLC in January 2023, there were many months spent researching potential options, with the ultimate choice of Union Home Mortgage as the best fit for the proven, ”white glove” approach I take with my clients.  I started with UHM in March of 2024, and cannot wait to see where we go from here.
