Other Dishes: Salmon, Lobster Rolls, Chili, etc.

Lobster rolls... one of my favorites! Surprisingly easy to make--the best dishes usually are. :)

Salmon... I do love salmon. Oven baked, here.

with roasted potatoes as a side.

And done! :)
Prepping the zucchini balls... I called them that, because "squash balls" just sounded wrong... lol
Easy enough to make.
And done! Paired with an amazing tuna melt and mashed potatoes.
And a good cook ALWAYS must know how to make the perfect grilled cheese sandwich! It took me a while--and some encouragement to be patient from one of my dearest friends--but I got there. :)
Tandoori salmon with burst cherry tomatoes... it gets cooked in my pizza oven at 650 degrees, which is why the yogurt and spice rub gets coated on it first!
And, the tandoori salmon after. This was an amazingly delicious dish! :)
Cincinnati chili--my absolute FAVORITE type of chili. I know it's a polarizing dish, and some people don't care for it at ALL... but I love it. And this copycat Skyline chili recipe is the best of many that I have tried! It doesn't look like much it this photo, though... LOL
Vegetarian chili burrito, with fresh jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheddar... and washed down with an ice cold beer. Perfection!
Another salmon dish, this one blackened with zucchini noodles and tomatoes on the side.
I learned how to make a perfect homemade pasta sauce, too--Marcella Hazan's recipe, with five tablespoons of butter. No wonder it tastes so good!
And I add that to any standard pasta dish--which should be in anybody's wheelhouse!
The homemade rustic loaf that was in my "baking" section...
...goes perfectly with pasta and beet salad! :)
The PERFECTLY seared salmon filet. It took me a TON of attempts to master this, but I think I am finally there. :)
