Boulder Condo Renovation
My boulder condo, purchased in 2010 (when I was still living in Maryland). Cozy! But the interior needed a bit of work...

I was "stuck" in Boulder during the 2010 Washington DC blizzard. Which gave me time to install the surround sound in my new condo.

The fireplace before I faced it with stone. I had already added the new lighting above.

Working in the attic (one of the best things about this condo is that it's like a tiny house, with nobody below and an attic above), installing recessed lighting in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

Also installed in-wall speaker wires and speakers, HDMI cable, and subwoofer cable.

Adding stone to the fireplace wall.

Done!

Tired after installing three new doors, moulding, baseboards, and crown.

Kitchen before.

Kitchen after. I added the recessed lighting, pendant lights, cabinet moulding, under cabinet lighting, swapped out the outlets and switchplates, switched the cabinet pulls, and spray painted the silver cabinets hammered bronze. Home Depot added the granite countertops.

Living room and fireplace before.

Living room and fireplace after. I added the stone fireplace, surround sound, accent lights, etc. The coffee table is a console table from World Market that I cut the legs on so that it was the correct height.

Again, before.

Again, after.

Bedroom before.
Bedroom after. Just some fresh paint, sconces, nightstands, and art. It made such a difference, though!

Back patio before.

Back patio after.
Done...
I truly love this little condo. It will always hold a special place in my heart. :)
